Ordered before 9.45 pm, delivered the next day
Orders placed on a weekday before 9.45 pm, will be delivered the NEXT DAY, ALSO if a SATURDAY. Orders placed during the weekend are prepared by us on Monday and offered to you on Tuesday.
NOTE: The entire logistics chain is under enormous pressure from the very large growth in the amount of e-commerce shipments. The carriers do not always meet the agreed transfer and delivery times. Shipments to Belgium currently take at least 2 days. In the Netherlands it is usually 1 day, but sometimes longer.
Shipping with track & trace
Our shipments are normally carried out by DPD and must be signed for receipt. You will receive a track & trace code from us. It can take up to a working day before the first status can be requested via the number. On the day of delivery, the expected delivery time can be found via the website: http://www.dpdpredict.nl from 10:00 am - 10:30 am. For most questions regarding delivery, click on: DPD or PostNL.
Pick up order
Normally it is also possible to collect your order from us. Please contact us in advance to avoid that you will not find us in the office. You can contact us by email of phone to coordinate an appointment.
Shipping the Netherlands
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 6.95 incl. VAT. Orders over € 49.00 are shipped free domicile in the Netherlands.
Shipping Belgium
Shipping costs to Belgium are € 9.95 excluding VAT. Orders above € 49.00 incl VAT will be shipped free domicile Belgium.
If you have a valid Belgian VAT number, we do NOT have to charge you VAT. If this is not the case, we will have to charge you Dutch VAT. During the checkout of your shopping cart, you have the option to enter your VAT number. Our system checks your VAT number on-line and if it is found to be correct, no VAT will be charged.
